Movement. I’ve been exploring my own movement (and lack of movement) as a mother lately. Like Meagan says, there’s so much activity with young children. I really developed upper body strength through lifting my kids. But lately I’m inviting more scheduled movement and the kind that ignites my soul. I’ve found these in the same “sports” I loved when I was young. Swimming, cycling, and nature hikes.

Ahhh this rich conversation kept me company on a flight today and I loved it! I have been feeling so called back to strength work recently and yet also battling with a lot of ‘I’m tired, I’m achey… what if I do myself harm… storylines.’ I loved hearing how long Megan has taken to come back to full strength and I also feel like 2 times a week to begin with is absolutely do-able. I feel very inspired, thank you so much! I have been feeling like I need to sweat and move in different ways… I think I need that fire in my body to ignite and burn away some of the d debris from this recent rebirth of myself. So grateful for your podcast episodes, you and your guests really speak to my soul. Xxx

Can’t wait to listen on Wednesday (when life slows down for the first may holiday) whenever I hear Waldorf, I’m intrigued because that’s the word that defines my childhood. And movement, oh yes it’s so important, currently diving in deeper from a TCM perspective
